*Retail Exchanges Only: We'll let you Return any product you buy Retail within 7 days of getting your product home for a gift card credit Only(less any shipping, we regret shipping is not refunded)...You must email us first for approval & ship product within 7 days. No Returns will be taken/authorized after the 7 day time frame, no exception, thank you. *you are allowed to try the product once, if needed to be sure if you like it ...that's okay. Returns (gift card credits) are promptly processed within 30 days of request. We will contact you by email with your Gift Card Code.

*Retail Orders are NOT subject for Cancellation: Orders are not subject to cancellation past 24 hours, due to the freshly made to order nature of our business.Our bath & body does not sit on a shelf. *Returned Packages: If your box is returned for whatever reason & you still wish to have it shipped back to another address you will be charged shipping as we have paid it once already, thank you. If you box is refused you will Not be refunded any part of the original order or shipping, thank you.

If you decide to cancel your order not pay the International Shipping Fees....You will not be refunded any amount for the order.
